Job Description:
1. In-depth understanding of the slicing process and key technologies to provide technical support for production;
2. Cooperate with direct superiors to formulate monthly, quarterly and annual development plans for R&D technology groups according to market and company needs;
3. Understand the cutting-edge technologies and processes of the industry through multiple channels, study and summarize, establish projects according to the situation, organize relevant personnel to inspect and review, and arrange experimental demonstrations to achieve final application in production;

1. Responsible for breakthrough introduction of thinning, thinning and large-scale technology (complete technology system package delivery production technology);   
2. Responsible for the research, feasibility demonstration, development, and design of new technologies and processes in the early stage;         
3. Responsible for organizing and leading the introduction of new technologies and processes, and verifying the cost comparison table;     
4. Responsible for the follow-up of the import of auxiliary materials and the issuance of test reports;     
5. Responsible for the introduction of advanced technology and the promotion of auxiliary material technology to replace the current status of our company, so as to reduce costs and increase efficiency.

Requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in photovoltaic materials, machinery, electronics, chemistry, automation;
2. More than 5 years of working experience as a slicing engineer in the photovoltaic industry, and has been engaged in on-site process adjustment of slicing;      
3. Familiar with the process and equipment of machining, sticking, slicing, cleaning, sorting, etc., and skilled use of computer office software;
4. The seven methods of QC require experience in thinning, thinning, and large-scale work.

2. Establish a status tracking table for quality exception management;
3. Coordinate the abnormal management of each team's process and promote continuous improvement;
4. Summarize and analyze the completion of improvement of abnormal quality problems, and promote continuous improvement;
