Yunnan Unigrace Semiconductor Co., Ltd. was founded in May 2019 with a registered capital of 1.5 billion yuan. It is a state-level high-tech enterprise focusing on N-type solar monocrystalline silicon rods and silicon wafers, with four major production bases respectively in Chuxiong, Wenshan, Yichun and Kunming and an operation center in Suzhou.

Wenshan Yuze New Material Co., Ltd. a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yuze Semiconductor (Yunnan) Co., Ltd., was settled in Xiban Industrial Zone, Guangnan Industrial Demonstration Park, Wenshan Zhuang and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province in March 2022. The Company plans to achieve a total production capacity of 30GW crystal pulling and wafer slicing, and complete the project in two phases, which is expected to cover a total land area of 960 mu.

20GW capacity of crystal pulling and wafer slicing is planed to achieve in Phase I: It is expected that 10GW capacity of crystal pulling and wafer slicing will be achieved by March 2023, and another 10GW will be achieved in July.

As the pioneer and technology leader in the production of photovoltaic N-type silicon wafers, Yuze has developed N-type silicon wafers with high conversion efficiency, long service life and low light attenuation. Its products have fully covered the three major technology routes of N-type cells, including HJT, TOPCon and IBC. Besides, it boasts a number of industry-leading technical indicators and parameters.

Wenshan Yuze adopts the latest automatic production line of crystal pulling and wafer slicing in the industry, which will further improve and optimize its production efficiency, manufacturing cost and product quality.
